Why is it so hard for me to stand up for myself?

i am the same way. maybe its becasue we a re nice people. but others have to be carfull becasue when we get crapped on alot and dont stand up for ourselves we will snap and it wont be pretty for others around us. i know you will snap and it wil lfeel great but be carfull when you do!!LOL
