I'm trying to take better care of my body, to be a healthier person. I'd like to eventually become vegetarian, but one step at a time. Here's how I've changed my regimen so far; In the morning, I eat a heaping teaspoon of flax seed meal with a gl of Silk (soybean "milk"), I take a vitamin B complex, Kelp caps (with iodine) and something called, "Greens and Fruits" made by Irwin Organics, and drink lots more water. Is there a vitamin you recommend or any advice about what I'm already taking? Thanks!
