Fantasy Baseball - What do I do?

Find a manager who is struggling in the saves department and offer two closers (Sherrill and Ryan) for a high quality starting pitcher. Ryan because he's injury prone and Sherrill because I don't think he will continue to get this many save opportunities. Then with your spare roster spot pick up either Torres (who is one more Gagne implosion away from closing) or Borowski who should get his job back with the way Betancourt has been pitching.
