Urgent help: my 4 week old kitten is sick?

Abut 40 mins ago i went to feed my cats coz i got home from piano and my 4 week old kitten was being very unresponsive..it kept flopping around and its head kept lolling back and he closed his eyes and was taking really deep breaths. it was vomiting and had diarrea and i dont know what to do with it, i think it is because it was dehydrated..i tried giving it water, it didnt do anything. i tried giving it pet milk, it didnt do anthing. it just isnt well and i dont know what to do...we cant get to a vet?
