Is it safe for my computer to have ALL of this installed?!?

They all do different things. Comodo is a firewall, Malwarebytes is a maleware/spyware scanner, Avast is an antivirus program, and CCleaner is a system tuneup program. So no the programs will not conflict with each other. As the free version of the programs some features have been disabled. Programs like malwarebytes and CCleaner only work if you run them periodically, updating them.
