Help with finding a printable tax sheet?

im a new avon representive and i need to find a printable tax sheet so i can figure the total amount of my orders with the tax included im not sure what the tax sheet would be actually called but i know it has like 0-1.09 then 1.10-160 something like that and it goes all the way up to hundreds if anyone can help me it would be wonderful i have looked for hours with no luck,thanks
