Do i or Don't i. That is the question.?

Me and my wife have been happily married for 3 years now. The first 2 years our life was great, but this last year, she started going through menapause. Our now is non-existent because she has no drive. She's lost interest in and i completely understand. Every once in awhile she'll take care of my needs, but very very seldom, maybe 5 times last year. I love her very much but lately i've been thinking about having a descreet and intimate relationship to satisfy my needs that im not getting from her. Since my wife is going through this, having with her is difficult because i know it's something she doesn't want or care to have. She gets no pleasure and neither do i. I would rather just take care of myself. I'm at a crossroad, what should i do?
