Does anyone know how to do mandy moore's hair from music video In My Pocket?

first you need alot of hair spray! you have to tease the top layer of your head and make irt look like a rats nest but not the top layer make it look nicely teased then grab a finger's length of hair starting from your ears up and pull tight and y pin the 2 sides underneath the rats's nest! good luck!
