Maybe a little political slander because Halliburton's former KBR division is non-union?

KBR, which was awarded contracts in Iraq by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is the largest non-union construction company in the U.S. (non-union firms are common in the south, where KBR is based). That would also make KBR (then a division of Halliburton) predictably the lowest cost supplier of services. Source: Wikipedia.
