Has it occurred to Muslims in the Mid. E.that present chaos/deaths might be their 'prayers' rebounding on them?

Nothing to do of course, with us, inciting and supporting the chaos to get a foothold onto their economy. The rebels are suddenly armed in Libya - I wonder who's armed them....hmmmm....
