Disappointed? cont'd 1?

he called me twice in a day. the afternoon call, he said loves everything with me and let's try to be together again... the evening call, he called it off and reason being it will be very hurting for me. im very upset but we were over! the very next day, he message me that found a job with good salary for me and if am interested... why is he doing this? please advise
