I am an Indian, and want to marry an Malaysian girl.. What is the legal procedure...Can u help me ?

I am from India and want to marry an Indian origin girl presently in Malesia with parents .. If I want to marry her in Malesia, what are the papers required and if in India , what papers she has to bring , ..and where is good for marraige for both of us .? What about Visas and how to go about with the immigration authorities ?.. After marraige, we want to live in India..Please advise..
