a deficiency in iron and vitamin B12 causes stress, depression, and anxiety! I'm a christian too and believe that God/Christ can help us through hard times in life, but you also need your nutrients. Google how nutrition effects our emotions! you can always get your iron and vitamin B12 levels checked out by the doctor/nurse. they will take a blood test to determine if you lack either of them. PS: calf liver and red meat are loaded with B12 and iron.
